We want someone who will work closely with our Studio Manager to ensure that the studio is running smoothly and that our team (perm & freelancers) are all able to focus on their creative tasks. This is an in-house role and will suit a problem-solver and someone who takes initiative to get things working. You will need to be a hands-on person plugging things in, fixing computers and helping the technophobes be less phobe-y. Experience within a production studio would be fantastic, but not essential.

Short Term or Freelance contract (at a minimum, looking for permanent but need someone ASAP)
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm East London office

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Point for contact for all matters of IT & Systems for the team
Working closely with the Studio Manager & Production to make sure all technology & software requirements for projects and artists are understood and arranged
Maintenance & oversight of computer hardware and software
Onboarding/offboarding freelancers (both in house and remote)
Server & data management
Willingness to learn quickly and understand IT systems for animation
Willingness to throw themselves where ever required within the busy studio environment

You have a collaborative attitude. A must!
Good initiative, good problem solving skills and can work alone or as part of a team.
Great communication skills are vital. Both written and verbal.
General knowledge in coding, animation software and development would be a big plus
You may have experience working in a production studio, but this is not essential. Your willingness to learn, work hard and make your mark in the team will take precedence.
